Runway, hiring, and what changed

The Decisions page answers the three questions owners ask most: how long the cash lasts, whether you can afford to hire, and what moved since last month.

Cash runway

Cash runway shows your cash on hand, your net monthly burn, how many days of runway that leaves, and a twelve-month cash forecast. It ends with a verdict:

VerdictRunway
Healthy180 days or more
Watch90 to 179 days
CriticalUnder 90 days

Hiring impact

Hiring impact tests a hire before you make it. Enter the Annual salary, the Headcount (1 by default), and Overhead for benefits and taxes (25% by default), then select Check hiring impact.

You’ll see the fully loaded monthly cost, your runway before and after the hire, the month cash would reach its floor, and an answer: yes if runway stays at 180 days or more, caution at 90 days or more, and no below that.

What changed

What changed compares this month with last month for each metric and names the main drivers behind each movement.

Forecasts and scenarios

Beyond the Decisions page, Forecasts project your figures three, six, or twelve months ahead, and Scenarios let you model changes against them. Decisions, forecasts, and scenarios are part of the scenario engine, which is switched on per account during the closed beta.
