Set up delivery and alerts

Have your briefs emailed on a schedule, and get warned when runway drops below a threshold or cash falls under a floor you set.

1. Add your recipients

Scheduled briefs and alerts go to your Advisor contacts. On the Reports page, add each person with a Name, Email, and Role, and select Save contact.

Add yourself too if you want the emails — delivery goes only to the contacts in this list, not automatically to the account owner.

2. Choose a schedule

Under Delivery & alerts, set Brief schedule to one of:

ScheduleSent
OffNever — the default
DailyEvery day
WeeklyEvery Monday
MonthlyOn the 1st of each month

Scheduled briefs are sent at 06:40 UTC.

3. Set your alert thresholds

Runway alert threshold (days)
Warn when runway falls below this many days. Between 30 and 365; 90 by default.
Cash floor (USD, optional)
Warn when cash on hand falls below this amount.
Threshold alerts
Turn alerts on or off without losing your thresholds.

Select Save delivery settings. Thresholds are checked every day at 06:55 UTC. While a threshold stays breached, the alert is repeated at most once every seven days, so a lasting problem reminds you without flooding your inbox.

Sending one now

To send a single brief straight away rather than on a schedule, use Email advisor on the brief. See KPI briefs and the CFO diary.
